Errant Transmissions

Station 25.5 is an old and defunct shortwave radio station that was recently acquired by radio mogul Carlinhos Clement after it was originally shut down for peddling shady medical products. Station 25.5's antenna is wrecked and yet to be repaired, but the station has nonetheless recently begun broadcasting again.

Today's news reported that Amancio Seward, a 20-year-old man, was recently found dead in his blue 2002 Cadillac Escalade with the engine still running and idling in the middle of Azure Park just off Azure Road - which is a short jog down the hill from Station 25.5. What's more, a mere four days later, the officer who responded to the call was also found dead.
